Greetings! I’m Marnita! Culinary trickster, people mixer, and founder of Marnita's Table. Our team at Marnita’s Table created and took national the experience engineering model of Intentional Social Interaction. I am a social entrepreneur who’s invented a replicable way to catalyze strong relationships between disparate organizations and individuals in order to deliver more engaged and cohesive communities for the benefit of all. It is my personal and professional mission to decrease disparities and increase equality so that individuals who come from communities that have been pushed to the margins are afforded their rightful seats at the resource sharing and policy making table.

For the past 18 years we’ve welcomed new people from around the way and around the world for passionate conversation about the decisions that affect us all. You never know who’s going to be dishing it up at our table! But for 18 years I’ve been facilitating and listening to the voices who come to the table! Now I am stepping out from behind the apron and question card to share some of the insights I’ve learned as I’ve moved through life.
